We call is 'Guy Time' as it best differentiates my son's and my time out from my daughter's and my time out together - That is called 'Daddy Daughter Date'. One day my son and I went to Subway for lunch and the music was annoyingly loud over our heads. We planned on lunch and a few games of chess but before we were finished my son asked if we could go some place else. So we went to the quietest place I know - The cemetery. We had a great time, it was quiet, we were alone, and my 6 year old was enamored by the many stones and figuring out the ages of those buried there. And so we decided that our monthly guy time out would include a visit to one of the 71 cemeteries in Macomb county Michigan. It became our sort of quest and so this blog is really just a photo journal of that quest.
